Installing the widget

One script tag, any site. The widget is fully served from livechat.inklura.fr — your site only loads a tiny loader.

1. Create a widget

From Widgets, click “New widget”. You’ll get a unique key like lc_ab12cd34.

2. Add the snippet

Paste it just before the closing </body> tag:

3. Answer from the inbox

Every conversation lands in support.inklura.fr alongside your contact-form, email and SMS messages. Replies appear in the visitor’s widget in real time.
